Nope, the 70-some people that RSVP'd on Facebook all just decided to bail because of clouds.

 

We don't bail for any weather Unless it is freezing/snow

And even then we just bail to Carbones for higher quality food.

Spaz is ahead of me on pics

Opening Wednesday of the year was an awesome success! I would guesstimate we had around 50 cars and the weather was just 'perfect' for it. I can't thank you guys enough for growing into such an awesome meet!

Thoughts? I threw this together this morning:

 

I'm very impressed Spaz As much as I hate to have rules. You know they are needed to a point so they can be inforced. It is just a matter of how to communicate them with so many people not being on this forum.

 

My intent with that was to throw a ballpark document out there that could be finalized by the group and used in the Facebook events should the decision to make them public again be made. The thing to remember on that note though is that people are going to show up whether Facebook says it's happening or not, so I'm not sure why that was done in the first place?

Simple means of enforcement could be to put them in the event description, with a note at the bottom stating that RSVP'ing to the event in any way, shape, or form is treated as a digital signature of your intent to follow these rules, though it's 100% possible to show up without RSVP with a public event. So I dunno. Again, just my .02 on the matter.

 

Sonic tonight! Lets keep it classy and respectful. It you see trash please clean it up and lets enjoy being a bunch of geeks in one place.
