I'm so sad that this will be the first meet I miss I'll be in WI

But Erik will still be up there to greet the new guys, find the crazy looking white kid, with massively long hair and his steering wheel on the wrong side

Otherwise Jon, the other admin is there with his white RX7 FB and the GOOOOLD engine bay

 

Just so Joelle knows how many cars where there Wednesday night best we can figure it was some where between 60-70 people

Skipping this week. Going to be too busy putting in the new springs.

 

I'm sure I can make it tonight. Andy actually closes on his new house today so no go for him. Whatever you're bringing me better be STRONG

 

I bet we could do those springs in the parking lot for you

I had Dave Goodman of the Ziptie rally team help me out and I was very glad I did. There were a couple minor "gotchas" that would have taken me a while to figure out. Turns out Dave has a good deal of experience with minor WTF's when fixing rally cars (who knew?). Unfortunately, it must also be said that he had 100% less deep fried tater tots and giant limeades available on premise. I should have considered that before retaining his services...

 

haha I love it! Cars love to throw you for a loop, no matter what you are doing, and having someone who has done that much work on cars is a HUGE plus. Hope to see you out today

 

I have been horrible and getting my pictures up from the last couple of weeks but you all know that it is Wednesday and we are heading to Sonic tonight!

Rain should stay away and i think the sun will even come out later in the day. Hope to see you all there!

 

I should be stopping by for at least a little while depending on how the project I'm doing today goes

 

I saw the Blue Miata, wondered if it was you, but didn't get a chance to come up and say Hi Awesome you could come out though! A red miata showed up later in the night

 

I was there for a little bit with my shatbox

 

I'm running behind on Meet Highlights I know And I missed a couple of weeks, but the turn outs have been great, with new people coming every week

I was not actually there for this meet, but was told by reliable sources that the turn out equaled 60-70 cars through out the night. I'm quite impressed Too bad i have no pictures of it

The sun is starting to go down earlier Makes me slightly sad, but give a nice hue in the meet's pictures Looks like 50-60 cars/trucks/bikes by the pictures. I have actually stopped counting because people are coming in and going out all night.

Highlights of the Meet:
- Is that a Motorized Picnic Table?
- Attack of the Mini cars!
- Turblown/TurboSource brought their FD out to play

 

I'll be in the area, so I may pass by. Is there any designated parking spaces or do we just park anywhere there?

 

Anywhere works, normally we are in the over flow for Sonic, with the closest rows filling up first.

The only spots we try to keep people out of are the ones from the Vet's door to the Liquor store. We talked to the owners of the Liquor store one night to make sure they were cool with us, and they just requested that we keep spots in from of their door open for their customers

 

It was a cool meet. Next week I will have my bumper and my car will look better
