Alright, confirmed, I'll be there Wednesday been a while.

Sadly, I'm now working most Wednesdays :\

Maybe I'll call in sick sometime next month.

 

Today is going to be cold but due to unfortunate events Erik and I are unable to attend/make plans/etc today.

I'll try to look at weather a bit better next week. I have a feeling the warm is gone

 

Next week highs are currently below 45 degrees predicted. My vote goes to winter mode.

 

So, any guesses when we switch back to summer mode? I miss Sonic

 

Typically once the temps stay above 50 when the sun is down is when it is sonic time

 

As many of you know we, at MNGG, decided to close down the Weekly Sonic car meet this year. It has been a great 4 years with the meet growing from 10 cars to 100 cars (and over 50,000 views to this thread)! We were unfortunately unable to find an appropriate group willing to continue the meet and are sad to see it all end.

BUT We would like to thank Sonic, Wendy's, and the Bloomington Police for all the support, discounts, and understanding they have given us during the years. While most who attended will never know the effort needed to keep the peace with such an open event, we never could have kept it going so well without all parties gladly welcoming us to the area.

 

Is the weekly meet at Carbone's still active? Sorry for the noob question, but I just haven't seen any recent posts about it and wanted to check before trying to go. Thanks!
