Spring Install Parts And Hang Out Session! - 4/21/12

So I know myself for one have a great many parts to install when spring come, in about February. So I'm thinking maybe we should get some general interest to see if maybe we should do like a weekend long install meet?

There is a large driveway, so it can accommodate many cars there. There is also have a good set of tools plus an air compressor. But please think about bringing some of your own tools if you have them. Main things we tend to run out of are Jacks and Jack stands.

Oh we got Spring compressor and a Garage heater if need be.

Besides the RX7, I'm not sure if any of our cars have parts to go on. But I'd be in to help out the peeps you helped me out so greatly last year

Main issue with us is, unless it is warm outside. We have no garage space BUT if it is well enough to work in the driveway, we have plenty of room for that

 

Spring generally does bring warmth lol

 

If I have my car out, I have a short shifter that needs installing.

So what are you guys thinking? Early April? Also should we make this like a potluck BBQ too to kick off the season?

 

April 14, 21, or 28 (I excluded the 7th due to posible C&C or other items that we tend to do the first Sat of the month)

I say lets plan April, but keep an eye on the weather. April is the iffy month on snow.

I'll just throw out the 14th to get decision started

 

I may or may not have all my parts in by then but we'll see. I'm down to hang out and lend a hand either way. Does anybody else have parts they need to install or should we jus plan on a BBQ hang out? lol

I might be interested, I am still figuring out what I am going to buy for the car this year. At the very least I need to put summer tires on but I am looking to so some suspension upgrades as well. I would be glad to help others out.

 

I'm in for whenever just need some dates so I can plan accordingly with work
