Finalized: 4th Annual Colors Cruise - 10/20/13

    Lets make a final decision on this then. I can do either Saturday or Sunday. I just need to know a day so I can ask for the time off. The sooner I ask for the time off the better chance I have of getting it.

    Also, does anyone think they can print up some map packets? This wouldn't be until the week of, but it would need to be done. I have a file we can use with a few small tweaks.

    You will probably have access to a better printer than I at that point :(

    Depending on how big the map packets are I may be able to print it at school

    20 pages or so. Whoever ends up doing it, make SURE you use a printer that staples shit for you, and make SURE to set it to do so.

    Dang, I don't think I'll be able to get away with printing a few packets of 20 pages... :\

    We could just upload it onto Google Docs or something and share it with everyone. Either they can print it off, or have it on their phone. Just a thought.

    I don't like the idea of electronically publicizing the route. Could put an email list together and do it that way, but a public route is asking for attention we don't need.

    Probably should throw up a facebook event as well. Same starting point as spring cruise?

    I dunno for starting point. Same place would be nice organizationally, packets won't need to be changed, but it would be nice to have somewhere to leave cars, since I likely won't be driving and if things go as I'd like I'll have a DD that I actually care about.

    I like that idea also. Sunday is best, and I can print map packets :) I have a sturdy handy dandy printer. It does not staple for me, but is a good printer. :)
