Lets make a final decision on this then. I can do either Saturday or Sunday. I just need to know a day so I can ask for the time off. The sooner I ask for the time off the better chance I have of getting it.

Also, does anyone think they can print up some map packets? This wouldn't be until the week of, but it would need to be done. I have a file we can use with a few small tweaks.

20 pages or so. Whoever ends up doing it, make SURE you use a printer that staples shit for you, and make SURE to set it to do so.

We could just upload it onto Google Docs or something and share it with everyone. Either they can print it off, or have it on their phone. Just a thought.

I don't like the idea of electronically publicizing the route. Could put an email list together and do it that way, but a public route is asking for attention we don't need.

I dunno for starting point. Same place would be nice organizationally, packets won't need to be changed, but it would be nice to have somewhere to leave cars, since I likely won't be driving and if things go as I'd like I'll have a DD that I actually care about.

 

Could talk to Richard about using the dealership. It'd be a Sunday, so not like we'd be in the way.

 

Dealership parking lot has been okay'ed by managers.

I like that idea also. Sunday is best, and I can print map packets I have a sturdy handy dandy printer. It does not staple for me, but is a good printer.
