Yea was quite disappointed in the way things were handled at that meet. My other friend got told to go down then was told no also, reason? He had touch up paint on some of his rust spots...

 

So they probably wouldn't let in a 30yr old FB RX-7 either even though it only has 87k miles on it and is in good shape for the year.

Ah well.

They let in my car, even dirty. I don't get it.

 

I would guess it is a communication error. The workers are volunteers and if one thinks you should go in, and another does not. Then you get the crap. With how big that event has gotten I think they should be doing a bit more on planning/requirements/ways for the works to communicate

That being said I have gone to 1 this year. I'm more down for Lions Tap after

I don't have anything to race at PG, so I'm planning on going to C&C. Maybe I'll actually hose off the Raptor so I get let in this time. They weren't impressed last time I drove it when it was covered with mud.

 

I muddy Raptor should ALWAYS be let in... lol!

 

I have a wedding to attend that day so I won't be able to make it unfortunately.
