    BECAUSE RACECAR?

I put the hose on the drain for my catch can and have it routed to below the frame rail in the front. I'm probably just going to leave it open all the time unless I'm at a track. My setup works really well... it just fills the catch can pretty fast. I'm working on drawing up another one that takes up the space where battery is supposed to be in the engine bay with baffling inside of it more to stop the liquid from sloshing around than separation.

^let me know how that works out for you.

I've been debating just removing my catch can from the intake tract and dumping it to the ground...

Wash, clay, prep, wax, hid amp and wires, installed new rear speakers in the 300zx. Doesn't look too bad if you're not too close!

Then alternator appeared to have taken a break later last night when everything went haywire and it wouldn't start. Now it works fine for some reason.

Short list of to-dos for this week: dremel the plenum for access to injector screw so I can replace one bad fuel injector for fun and profit... and new door speakers.

    Yep, I'm still on winters.

Also, I swapped out my idler pulley. Old one had play, new one didn't solve my squeakyness. :(

Ron did the rear suspension stuff yesterday, was going to do the fronts as well but everything's seized up. The frame has a couple holes for lubrication in it now so I'll be spraying things over the next week, and possible heat cycling them, hopefully that'll work out in my favor and we won't have to pull the motor to cut the frame open. Mitsu, bro, do you even anti-seize?

I finally swapped out the lower control arm bushings in prep for new struts that should be here tomorrow. Steering well doesn't shimmy anymore.

Found I will be replacing all of my strut mounts not just the rears. Bearing is seizing and my springs are making horrible noises.

My car told me it needed to lose weight. So I took out the back seats and the spare tire etc. kept the tow hook though...

Then I went with the Cheeze and gave it a bath.

I raised the short shifter back up to stock height and kept the counter-weight on it. It seriously feels like I've removed 3 years of abuse from the trans. Smoothness FTW.

Cigarette I think. I'll have to pull it apart and maybe redo it to my fuse box like my boost gauge is.

Drove the fucking snot out of it last night. Found out that DZ101s don't like turns over crests at 120+ while doing some 'testing'.
