    $800 in exhaust

    $300 in the head

$200 just getting the air to the

    $400 turbo

    Car - 35,000
    Winter Wheels/tires - 1900
    Headers - 1000
    2 new tires - $600

I've got the shortest list, and by my math I win. Shorter lists usually mean more reliability, too. So double win. :p

Cool story? I don't understand what you're trying to get at.

I've still spent 20k less on my car than you have on yours, so noy really a double win

I thought we were just adding up what we've all spent. No malice intended.

Tim for how many time you threaten to sell you car :p I can understand the mentality of a car that just behaves, winning.. at times lol :D It is part of the fun of building your car, those issues that have to get taken care of, same as a old car, things just wearing out.

BUT I will say good numbers :) Though I wish your torque had a '3' in front instead of a '2' lol.

No worries. Everyone just always gives me crap for owning a high hp fwd car and say I shouldve bought something else but this car has been cheap to mod in comparison. Your headers cost 1k and my turbo manifold only cost 300 as a comparison in prices

Lol yea I was disappointed in torque but I blame that on mid size turbo with bigger piping and log style intake manifold. I've had my fair share of problems but that's how I learn. I'm not disappointed my engine blew. It probably couldn't have happened at a more opportune time actually. Now the motor is completely solid, its all the suspension I have to reinforce now lol

Awd is not practical or within a budget at all.

My buddy tom crashed his cobalt a few weeks ago so we swapped all of his suspension on mine. Consisted of : ss/tc shocks and struts, new endlinks, ss/sc control arms, powell vertical control arm bushings, powell yyz v3 springs. Great upgrade for sure

Also hawk green stuff pads with slotted rotors
