Anyways, looks like I'm one of the few domestic owners. This will get interesting haha. Met Joelle and Erik a few times, along with Ivan, Jon, Kris, and likely more as I see the members here. I used to own a fully bolted and blacked out MS6, sold it to get the Z06 - more power, better gas mileage and cheaper insurance, kinda hard to pass up for the same price. Got a few things done to it - cam, headers and your other basic stuff. If you've been to C&C you may have seen it as I'm there every meeting.

Wait, did you change wheels around? If it's your car I'm thinking of it used to be blacked out as well. I sure miss it during the winters, and there were very few around so that 'exclusivity' was nice - especially getting people to say 'wtf is that?' haha.

 

The car has been through some changes since last time you saw it. But yeah, new wheels were one of them. Did you sell the MS6 locally?

 

I think it looks great as it sits, the new wheels really set it off right.

Yes I sold it to a buddy of mine who actually just traded it into Walser this week. Looked about the same on the outside minus the wheels - he put on a silver set of Rota's, Tarmac 3's or something...not sure. I stripped off most of the mods before I sold it to him and he was on his way to building it back up then changed plans.

 

I have bad memory LOL.

What things am I changing and who have you heard from? lol Motor wise I don't see myself doing any more. I'm happy at my current power level. I do really want to fit some meatier tires to put the power I have to better use though

 

I thought Ceminsky said you were changing some things around, but it was mostly with appearance. Nygren's ordering a new set of wheels, if you like PF01's I'm sure he'd cut you a deal.

 

I don't know who ceminsky is? I don't think. PF01's aren't my style. Saw nygren at the gym not too long ago and chit chatted with him for a bit.

 

He bought Scotty's integra, had it built n/a then blew it going to BIR last year. He bought a silver EVO recently. You'd know him if you saw him. Now I can see why this may sound creepy that I heard you were changing things around haha. Did you hear Nygren went n/a? I can't believe it...

 

Ok I know of him but I've never spoke to him. Only people I talk to in your group is scotty, chris, I think. Everyone else is too cool for me haha. Yeah chris told me about it last year when he was thinking of selling all his turbo equipment. But yeah the cemenski guy is right. I'm thinking about doing a little bit of a widebody setup so I can stuff some bigger tires so I can keep up with you vette guys

Chris sold his stuff cuz I made more power & tq with a turbo half his size LOL don't tell him he might throw a dumb bell at my head next time at the gym haha

 

I don't think you'd have any problem keeping up with me as your car sits. It'd probably be the other way around being you're lighter and have more power (and hopefully better tires than me too haha). Everyone in the group's just jealous you have a nicer car than them, not sure the reason for the hate but I don't listen to it.

IDK vettes are king of the roads i hear lol. I ran a c6z and pulled away. I think all he had was headers and exhuasts. Which I know on the c6's make a world of a difference. It was fun but to be honest I try my hardest not to dick around much anymore. Just not worth my record, but younger kid in a c6 I just couldn't resist that time LOL.

Yeah I really don't know what happened with your group. Chin always had it against me when reeves brought me around and got me a job at toyota back in high school. I tried being nice anyways since I don't care. I know you guys talk shit about me. But scotty and chris are cool as shit and both have helped me a shit ton throughout the years with my cars. I always go say whatsup to them guys every time i see them yet I have never heard a peep outta anyone else in person from you guys group even though they are sitting right next to scotty and or chris. Why? IDK I don't really care to be honest.

Yeah nygren is good shit. I'm at 20psi this year on e85. Made 511 on Full Blowns dyno. LJ said go more I pussied out and said it's good there :embarrassed:

 

If you pulled on a C6Z you'll blow me outta the water man. I can just about hang with a stock C6Z right now. We can save the fun for a track day haha, I'm too much of a pansy to race anywhere else.

Well, our group has really changed a lot in the past couple years. A lot of people have kinda gone their own separate way. I have no idea what they had against you but Chin's nowhere to be found anymore, and that's perfectly fine by me. Reeves moved to Indiana (and he's got a silver AP2 now), so for the most parts it's Scotty, Chris, Wessman, Ceminsky and I. I remember we bumped into you a few times throughout the years of C&C and other car shows but I never met you before so I didn't exactly know what to talk about haha. Now it'd be a different story if I ran into you though. Maybe another car wash haha.

Nygren was huge pansy with his set-up haha. It had so much potential but something always went before they could turn it up (fuel, IC, etc). It's too bad - I really wanted to see how high that thing could go.

 

Highway pulls are different. I'd get owned at the track. I'm sure you've heard chris worry about our super strong rear diffs LOL.

I've heard a few things from a few people when my name gets brought up. Which is perfectly fine with me. I run into those guys at various car events every summer and yet never hear nothing. So I just laugh it off b/c they are WAY 2 TUFF to say it to me LOL. All I have to say is the people that hangs out with you guys some are closer friends with me than them. So I hear stuff. But I'm always more than happy if they want a fresh start and come talk to me. Except for chin.

Yeah I heard reeves moved away. he lived in the same neighborhood as my parents when we were in high school.

Yeah maybe i'll see ya at the car wash when it's too cold to have the water on at home in the spring or fall.
